Touché Lighting Control Replacement for Commercial and Institutional Buildings
Touché is gone: Chapter 7 liquidation, no support, no warranties, no parts. We migrate Touché buildings to LOXONE, reusing much of the existing cabling and circuits and keeping the lighting modes your staff and occupants already use.
Touché Lighting Control filed for Chapter 7 liquidation in March 2025, and in April 2026 its assets were sold for $5,000 to Habitat for Humanity. No industry buyer stepped in, so there is no support, warranty or source of parts. Grizzly Tec, a LOXONE Platinum Partner, replaces the Touché control layer with a LOXONE Miniserver, reuses much of the existing cabling and circuits, and keeps the lighting modes your building already runs.
What Happened to Touché?
Touché Lighting Control (ESI Ventures / Touché Controls LLC) was founded in 2009 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. It made wired commercial lighting control: Room Managers with relay and 0-10V load modules, central Relay/Dimmer panels, touchscreen wall stations and switches, occupancy and daylight sensors connected over SmartNet (daisy-chained CAT5), and UL924 emergency lighting modules. It was installed in offices, schools, churches, sports facilities and institutional buildings.
In early 2025 the company laid off nearly all of its staff, and in March 2025 it filed for Chapter 7 liquidation. In April 2026 all of its assets — inventory, patents, servers and customer lists — were sold for $5,000 to Habitat for Humanity. No company from the lighting industry bought them. There is no factory support, no warranty and no source of new parts.

How the Migration Works
What stays
The lighting circuits and much of the existing cabling. We confirm exactly what can be reused during the on-site assessment.
What gets replaced
The Touché control logic. Touché switches, wall stations and sensors only work with Touché controllers, so the controllers and the devices that depend on them are replaced with LOXONE.
What you keep
The modes and scenes your building uses today. We document them before anything is removed and rebuild them in LOXONE, so occupants keep the behavior they know.
What you gain
An app for facilities staff, time schedules, remote access, and integration with your building automation system over BACnet/IP.
Line-voltage work is done by a licensed electrician: in Texas, one we bring to the project; outside Texas, your local licensed electrician. Depending on the wiring, the work can be phased by zone — we confirm that after seeing the wiring.
