The Quarterly Health Check
Every 90 days, we pull up your system remotely, review performance across the board, and send you a summary. We catch what's drifting before it becomes a problem. Most customers never even know there was something to fix — that's the point.
Your programming hours are yours to use however you want.
New lighting scenes. Schedule changes. Automation tweaks. Adding a new device to your system. Holiday routines. Adjusting your "Good Morning" sequence because your schedule changed. Want your porch lights to flash when someone's at the door? That counts.
Basically: if it's a change to how your system behaves, your included hours cover it.
What's NOT included: New hardware installation, major system expansions, or adding entirely new zones. Those are quoted as separate projects — and Care Pro members get 10% off.

Yes, anytime. Upgrade from Care to Care Pro through your customer portal, or contact us directly. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
