What the kit includes

- Does all the wiring. It must be an electrician licensed where you live.
Grizzly Tec holds a Texas security license (TX License #B-29733501), not an electrical license. On our Texas projects, the electrical work is done by a licensed electrician we bring, or by a licensed electrician of your choice. Outside Texas, it is done by your local licensed electrician.
Your keypad wiring
In most cases the existing keypad wiring can be reused.
- 3-wire cable
- We use LOXONE Air keypads, powered with 24V over two of the existing wires and communicating by radio.
- 4 or more wires
- We use LOXONE Tree keypads.
- Damaged, or does not reach the panel
- It cannot be reused. We find that out in the diagnostic.
Price
Each package has a fixed price: equipment, programming and commissioning by video call, for the scope agreed in your proposal. Changes after that are quoted separately. It does not include your electrician's labor. For a first number, use our LiteTouch calculator and choose Outside Texas.

Warranty and Support

LOXONE equipment
2-year manufacturer warranty
New LOXONE equipment is covered by LOXONE's manufacturer warranty, per LOXONE's terms. If a device fails under that warranty, we handle the claim with LOXONE for you.
Our design, programming and commissioning
1 year
We warrant the panel layouts, the programming and the commissioning we deliver for 1 year from the date we complete commissioning. If something in our design or programming does not work as we specified, tell us within that year and we correct it at no charge.
Installation
Your electrician
The physical installation, including assembly, mounting, wiring and terminations, is done by your locally licensed electrician and is warranted by your electrician, not by Grizzly Tec.
Remote support: 1 year.
After commissioning, support is through LoxPilot.
Full warranty terms are in your written proposal.
