Retrofit vs. New Construction: Which Makes More Sense?
The honest answer: new construction is dramatically easier, and the cost difference justifies doing it right the first time.

New Construction
In a new build, tunable-white fixtures are specified during rough-in and the wiring follows a logical plan from day one.
